I'm Tanya Moore — a strategist and growth consultant with 15+ years of senior marketing and digital transformation leadership.
Before founding Cultivate Strategy, I led marketing and digital strategy at Irving Oil, Organigram, and CAA Atlantic — organizations where commercial strategy, brand precision, and execution at scale were not optional.
